Friday Oct. 21 4:15pm-5:15pm Bliss Moves w/Lori Bliss: A super FUN dance workout fusing all dance genres in one class! We groove to hip hop, jazz, latin, modern, lyical, middle easter and much more. You are invited to seat, have fun and lose yourself on the dance floor!
Saturday Oct. 22 10:30am-11:30am R.I.P.P.E.D. w/Jeralyn R.I.P.P.E.D. :Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance. The One Stop Body Shock for men and women. Great music, cardio and strength workout with NO dancing. An awesome full body workout with all the components to make you lean and strong. The best part of this workout is that it is accessible for everyone regardless of fitness level. Everything can be modified to fit your personal needs.

Water Exercise Classes-Location: Indoor Pool Friday Oct. 21 10:00am-11:00am Shallow Water Aerobics w/ Liza Shallow Water Aerobics: Get more out of your workout & join us in the water for a high energy full body fitness class. Enhance your flexibility, range of motion and increase your cardio vascular fitness while utilizing the waters’ natural buoyancy & resistance.
Friday Oct. 21 11:00am-12:00pm Fluid Moves Endurance AiChi w/ Liza Fluid Moves Endurance Ai Chi: This is a reduced impact exercise class that encourages soothing movement and exercise. The class includes 45 minute of walking followed by 15 minute Ai Chi class. Ai Chi is the mindful creation and sequence of a series of physical postures in the water. This all age’s class is appropriate for anyone looking for a low impact exercise regime.
Location: Outdoor Pool Saturday Oct. 22 10:00am –10:45 Deepwater Exercise w/Liza Deepwater Exercise: This is great cardio workout, minus the impact. Challenge yourself while utilizing the waters’ natural buoyancy & resistance.
